Job Description
Couture Luxury Interior Design LLC is looking for a experienced cost estimator for interior fit-out projects. Requirements:
- Deep knowledge in cost of fit-out works and materials on Dubai market
- Deep knowledge in material specifications: joinery work materials, fabric, paint, marble / stones / ceramic, etc.
- Be able to select and to propose material as per 3D design
- Be able to match colors
- Basic AutoCAD experience
- Expert in MS Excel
- Preparation of BOQ & Cost Quotations for fit-out project of Residential Villas, Offices, Retail, and hostitality projects
- Choosing appropriate materails
- Contacting suppliers for quoting
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Interior Fit out Cost Estimation: 3 years (Required)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Required)
