Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Monitor project progress and track variations in costs
Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors
Prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
