We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator with 5-8 years in construction cost management and project planning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience with
PlanShift
(or similar tools) for cost tracking, forecasting, and risk management.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project drawings/specifications and prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets. Conduct quantity take-offs, track variations, and manage subcontractor payments. Monitor project costs, report on performance, and support value engineering. Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract administration. Use
PlanShift
for real-time cost tracking, schedule monitoring, and collaborative planning. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and support risk assessments.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering. 5-8 years of QS experience in construction/infrastructure. Proficiency in
PlanShift
(or Primavera, Asta, MS Project) and costing tools (CostX, Candy, Excel). Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and tender processes. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.Preferred:
MRICS/AIQS progress, green building experience, large-project exposure.Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
