We're seeking a Cost Controller to manage and control food and beverage costs, analyze profitability, and implement cost-saving initiatives in our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs
- Analyze profitability and identify areas for improvement
- Implement cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare regular cost reports and analysis
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in cost control or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,000 per month
