Evaluate and test the effectiveness of internal controls.
Recommend improvements to reduce financial and operational risks.
Assess cost control measures in procurement, kitchen operations, stock management, and sales processes.
Audit POS systems, kitchen wastage, spoilage reports, and portion control.
Ensure the company adheres to Qatar's labor, tax, health, and safety regulations.
Review VAT (if applicable), food safety logs, and employee records.
Conduct surprise and scheduled inventory audits across branches.
Verify asset register and depreciation schedules.
Prepare audit reports highlighting key findings, risk areas, and actionable recommendations.
Present findings to management or board members.
Identify signs of fraud, theft, or mismanagement.
Suggest preventive measures and loss reduction strategies.
