We are hiring Cost Control / Quantity Survey Engineer !!! Qualification : Civil Engineering Degree Experience : Should have a minimum of 7 years of UAE experience in cost and quality control in contracting companies. Salary Range : AED 10,000 - 11,000 AED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Budget Development: Collaborate with Business Development team and operation manager to develop comprehensive project budgets upon project award, considering all relevant costs and contingencies. 2. Cost Monitoring: \xe2\x9c\x93 Cost Control engineer is responsible for the overall expanse in the project to complete within the budget. \xe2\x9c\x93 Continuously track project expenses and compare them against the budget to identify variances and trends. \xe2\x9c\x93 Review all monthly and weekly Project Status Reports with the Operations Manager prior to issuing to thew higher management. \xe2\x9c\x93 Cost control Engineer shall visit the project sites frequently and make sure the productivity level are matching as per the Budget. \xe2\x9c\x93 Responsible for Project cash inflow and outflow. 3. Forecasting: Prepare accurate financial forecasts to project future expenses and cash flow requirements and present to the management in every weekly meeting. 4. Change Order Management: Assess the financial impact of change orders and modifications to contracts, ensuring proper documentation and cost control. 5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on project financial performance, highlighting key metrics and recommending corrective actions as necessary. Cost control Engineer shall report to the higher management related to productivity loss and material lost accrued at site. 6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project costs and work proactively to mitigate them. 7. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors and suppliers. 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements related to cost control. 9. Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to project teams and senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
