Verify all contracts under Contract performance Management's (CPM) purview are administered rigorously against all parameters defined in the contract and rigorously control all changes affecting governed contracts in line with the contract performance management guidelines and Nawah procedures. 1. Contract Monitoring
Monitor and provide documentation of the variances to agreed baselines of cost and schedule of assigned projects from Turbine and Refuel Services, Outage Management or other NAWAH organizations utilizing major contracts, in order to inform leadership of critical deviations.
Perform receipt entry and invoice processing to ensure close financial tracking of the assigned projects.
Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure payment for services rendered and to mitigate any related issues.
Verify all contracts are in compliance with applicable governance processes at all times (from initiation to closure) to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry's leading practices.
Execute regular contract documentation audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with contract terms and applicable regulations.
Support Nuclear Contracts Performance Function in following the Nuclear Contracts Performance Management guidelines to ensure best practices are in place.
Verify and maintain all contract documentation in the relevant systems, and ensure proper storage and version control stored information.
2. Contract Change Monitoring
Verify all changes affecting projects are controlled so that accountability is maintained throughout the contract lifecycle.
Support the Nuclear Contracts Performance team in raising Requests For Change (RFC) in line with the governance as defined in BNPP procedures to ensure changes are processed efficiently.
Perform RFC quality checks prior to submission in the Change Control Board (CCB) to ensure RFC meets applicable standards.
Participate in the Change Control Board (CCB) meetings with respect to changes on contract attributes to ensure proper review of RFCs.
Verify outcomes of agreed changes are implemented such as versioning of contract documentation, changes to the baselines in systems, etc. to ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation
3. Financial Management Support
Liaise with respective Project Manager in developing business cases for projects and procurement of large-scale items to ensure proper treatment of large scale items.
Develop and monitor expenditure forecasts and cost reporting of various, projects and contracts Maintenance (MNT), Engineering (ENG) and Site Projects (PRJ) teams to enable timely cost control.
4. Health and Safety and Security
Follow all relevant company's Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee's acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission critical activities.
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in General Management, Business Administration.

Bachelor's Degree in General Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management or similar discipline.
1 year of experience in nuclear industry.
1 year of experience in UAE.
