The Cost Control Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing food, beverage, and operational costs across F&B outlets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze food, beverage, labor, and operating costs.
Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and budgets.
Oversee inventory control, stock counts, wastage, and audits.
Review recipe and menu costing, portion control, and supplier pricing.
Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
5+ years of cost control experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory, and cost analysis.
Proficient in ERP/POS systems and Excel.
