We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled
Cost Control Manager - Civil
to oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring across our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost engineering within the contracting industry and a deep understanding of project financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cost control operations for civil construction projects.
Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
Monitor project expenditures, cost trends, and financial risks.
Provide cost reports and analysis to management and stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers, procurement, and finance departments.
Ensure all cost control processes align with contractual and company standards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience in cost control roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven experience in large-scale civil projects with a reputable contracting company.
Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Primavera, ERP systems, MS Excel).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of regional market trends, pricing, and regulations.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
