- Financial responsibility and management of annual budgets, tracking of actual spend throughout the year, clear reporting, and excellent administration capabilities.
- Manage Purchase Orders: raising & processing Purchase Orders and contracts for goods & services required.
- Develop vendor management procedures and reports.
- Review proposals and invoices for accuracy to support Procurement with any discrepancies.
- Reporting and analysis of monthly allocations / accruals regarding CAPEX and OPEX, including updating project budgets as commitments are made and payments issued.
- Provide CAPEX / OPEX budgeting and forecasting in leadership role; regularly reporting into SLT with analysis to assist with business critical decisions and mitigation plans.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5 years in Manufacturing Finance/Cost Accounting or Controllership/ Audit experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and understanding of Seeds Business. Excellent technical / system skills required (MS office / SAP).
- Capability to work across multiple cultures and multi-departments in both team & self-led initiatives.
- Ability to build relationships to build a strong finance support organization.
- Results oriented and analytical skills to identify strategic alternatives and deliver business results.
- Effective communication and listening skills; Ability to interact effectively with peers and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills; Challenge the status quo and the way things are done to improve processes while exhibiting judgment; Take initiative to tackle the challenges within the finance organization.
- Demonstrated strong integrity and responsibility. Honor deadlines and be reliable.
