Conduct comprehensive cost analysis of fish production processes, including but not limited to feeding, labor, equipment, maintenance, and overhead expenses.
Identify cost drivers and assess their impact on production costs.
Monitor and track production expenses to identify trends and variations.
Assist in the development of annual budgets for fish production operations.
Provide input for financial forecasting, helping to project future production costs and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Gather data from various sources, such as production records, invoices, and financial reports.
Create and maintain detailed cost reports and financial models.
Present cost-related findings and insights to management
Collaborate with production managers to identify areas where cost reductions can be achieved without compromising quality and safety.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and track their effectiveness.
