Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control with F&B sector background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting principles
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with POS (Point of Sale) and ERP system
Key Responsibilities:
Track actual costs vs. budgeted figures across departments or projects. Investigate cost variances and recommend corrective actions
Prepare financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends. Support long-term planning and resource allocation
Maintain detailed records of expenditures and commitments. Ensure all costs are accurately recorded in ERP and POS systems.
Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize spending
Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
Present cost analysis and insights to management
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
