We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Corporate Travel Consultant

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients, and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air ticketing (issuing & re-issuing), hotel bookings, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet & assist services. Develop a strong understanding of each client's travel policy and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance and value. Offer consultative advice to clients, utilizing your excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules, low fares, exchange costs, and penalties. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, destination management, and supplier developments to provide informed recommendations. Provide professional and prompt written communication for all email inquiries and confirmations. Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, welcoming feedback, and contributing to a positive and high-achieving team spirit.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience within a

corporate travel

environment. Must have

UAE

travel industry experience. High proficiency with the

Amadeus

GDS and familiarity with

NDC

systems. Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of travel coordination (ticketing, hotels, transfers, insurance). Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design. Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills. A detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be currently located in the UAE and available for an immediate start or with a maximum 30-day notice period.
