One of our clients from a leading Travel and Tourism industry is seeking a professional Travel Consultant with holiday and corporate clients experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Regular direct sales visits (05 to 10 companies daily) and maintaining the records and updating the clientele base and preparing the sales reports. 2. Scheduling meetings with Clients and Suppliers according to the sales requirements. 3. Daily Sales Cold Callings. 4. Planning sales approach as per the previous sales visits and sales cold calls made. 5. Handling Ticketing inquiries from corporate clients. 6. Working on Visa inquiries and cording with respective embassies and visa partners. 7. Customizing holiday packages as per the client's needs. 8. Coordinating with Direct suppliers for travel products and service requirements and negotiating for better prices. 9. Handling inquiries and solving related issues while the client is on tour. 10. Coordinating with clients for payments without delay. 11. Handling necessary billing/invoice information as per the bookings made. 12. Maintaining Sales visit records and Sales target achievements. 13. Attending seminars and travel events for better customer reach & to enhance product knowledge. 14. Adhering to credit policies as per the company when dealing with clients. 15. Always looking for new sales opportunities and marketing approaches to promote the company's various products. 16.
