Duties & Responsibilities






Develop customized training programs based on departmental needs and company goals. Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions across various teams. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Update and maintain training content to align with changing industry practices and tools. Support onboarding processes by educating new hires on company policies and job expectations. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions. Utilize LMS platforms and digital tools to deliver hybrid or remote training sessions.

Job Profile






Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Psychology. 2+ years of experience in delivering corporate training in a professional setting. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups. Skilled in designing training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules. Proficient in using tools like Zoom, Google Slides, and MS Teams for interactive sessions. * Familiarity with adult learning principles and performance coaching techniques.
