Key Requirements:



1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Basic to Medium (Formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reports, etc.)
2. Language Skills

Fluent in English/Urdu/Hindi (spoken and written) Arabic is a PLUS
3. Presentability & Personality

Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor Strong interpersonal skills and stage presence Young, energetic, and enthusiastic about training delivery
4. Training & Facilitation Skills

Ability to deliver interactive sessions both in-person and online Familiar with adult learning principles and techniques Capable of managing diverse learners and maintaining engagement
5. Content Development

Experience in preparing training content, manuals, slides, and materials Ability to customize training modules as per business needs
6. Soft Skills Expertise (Preferred)

Training topics may include communication, time management, teamwork, customer service, etc.
7. Technology Friendly

Comfortable with online training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
8. Team Player

Willing to support HR or L&D activities outside training sessions when needed Open to feedback and continuous improvement
9. Experience Level

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Freshers with strong presentation and communication skills may be considered
