Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs that align with business objectives and employee development needs.
Conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) on topics such as leadership, communication, customer service, compliance, and technical skills.
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and customize content accordingly.
Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Monitor and report on training outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track participation and performance.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in training and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a corporate trainer, instructional designer, or similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Zoom, MS Teams).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is an advantage.
