Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic

Business Development Manager

to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and explore new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify prospects, build partnerships, and deliver on growth targets through strategic planning and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities



Market & Opportunity Development

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new

business opportunities

, markets, clients, and partnerships. Conduct

market research

and analyze trends to inform strategic decisions.
Lead Generation & Relationship Management

Generate and qualify leads through

networking, outreach, referrals, and events

. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key

clients, partners, and stakeholders

.
Sales Support & Deal Management

Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling

proposals, pitches, and presentations

. Drive the

negotiation and closing

of new deals in alignment with company goals.
Strategic Partnerships

Identify and develop strategic

alliances, joint ventures, or channel partnerships

. Manage onboarding and relationship development with

third-party collaborators

.
Reporting & Performance Analysis

Track, measure, and report on

KPIs

, sales pipelines, and performance metrics. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and document outreach activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with

marketing, product, finance, and leadership

to align growth strategies and client solutions. Provide market feedback to influence

product development and positioning

Requirements & Qualifications



3-5+ years of

experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships

. Strong understanding of

sales processes

market research

competitive analysis

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
