Digital Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer

to enhance our digital presence and branding efforts.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns while also producing compelling graphic content that aligns with Lemar's brand. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and visual design, playing a key role in lead generation and online visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

Plan and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve rankings and organic visibility. Optimize website content for both users and search engines using WordPress and SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast). Analyze campaign performance and website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) to make data-driven improvements. Manage and grow Lemar's social media channels, posting regularly and engaging with followers.

Graphic Design

Design high-quality visuals for social media, advertising, presentations, proposals, brochures, and website. Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate Lemar's brand identity. Ensure all visual materials are consistent with the brand's guidelines. Support internal departments with design needs (e.g., sales, operations, client reports).

SEO

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize site structure, metadata, content, and internal linking. Coordinate backlink outreach and develop link-building strategies. Keep up with algorithm updates and best practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Google tools (GA4, GSC). Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
