Mark Williams is working with a Global Investment Fund on their growth plans. We are recruiting for an office operations manager to join the team, supporting the operation and growth of the office.


Responsibilities:

  • Management of office and associated operations
  • Finance support including expense processing, book-keeping, payments, and banking
  • HR support including visa processing, reference letters, managing insurances, onboarding new hires
  • Management of various third-party relationships across office maintenance, office supplies, and compliance
  • Events management
  • Operating as the front of house and coordinating office visits/meetings
  • Travel coordination and support
  • Broader administrative support



What We’re Looking For:

  • Flexible attitude with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues across time zones
  • Previous office management experience in the GCC region
  • Arabic language skills are ideal
