Mark Williams is working with a Global Investment Fund on their growth plans. We are recruiting for an office operations manager to join the team, supporting the operation and growth of the office.
Responsibilities:
Management of office and associated operations
Finance support including expense processing, book-keeping, payments, and banking
HR support including visa processing, reference letters, managing insurances, onboarding new hires
Management of various third-party relationships across office maintenance, office supplies, and compliance
Events management
Operating as the front of house and coordinating office visits/meetings
Travel coordination and support
Broader administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
Flexible attitude with a commercial mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High levels of organizational ability and attention to detail
Great communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues across time zones
Previous office management experience in the GCC region
Arabic language skills are ideal
