Due to a period of growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Corporate Services Administrator. The successful candidate will work with the Corporate Services Coordinator, Government Liaison Team and Company Secretaries (together, the Team) to provide administrative support to the Corporate Services Department (the Department) and help establish/implement systems, procedures and processes to facilitate a high level of customer service in delivering work to the Business.
The Team
The Corporate Services Department provides corporate services and government liaison services to the Clyde & Co business and clients directly across the region.
Our Company Secretarial team is the Registered Agent for approximately 300 offshore companies in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Abu Dhabi Global Market Free Zone (ADGM), Ras Al Khaimah, BVI, Cayman Islands amongst others. Their services include annual compliance and renewal, board meeting assistance, the legalisation of documents, incorporations, transacting corporate changes, creating and standardising precedents and services, commencing health checks of all types of entities and renewal of operating licenses for FZCos / FZEs, FZ-LLCs and the like and "onshore" entities.
Our Government liaison team processes applications and obtains corporate approvals, advises on government policies and procedures, performs agency and company searches,
authenticates documents and provides public notarization services on behalf of the clients as well as providing internal services for the Firm.
Key responsibilities
Provision of assistance to management to include but not limited to:-
Finalisation of templates,
AML - inception of matter numbers and management of AML records project, set up of new matters for all Corporate Services clients
Assistance with the development of marketing materials for Corporate Services.
Corporate Services Records management;
Assistance with formatting of documents;
Assistance with record entry to Blueprint for review by responsible fee earner;
Profiling of third-party vendor invoices on Chrome River; and
Receiving and processing of ad hoc enquiries from fee earners
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years administration experience preferably gained within the legal or professional services industry;
Proficient in the use of excel and word;
Proactive with strong attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of UAE systems and procedures beneficial (but not required)
UAE national preferred
