Our clients a global design firm are looking for a Junior Administrator (UAE National) to join their team in Dubai.
They are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree looking to start their career journey.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm
Working from home on Monday and Friday
The successful Junior Administrator will be offered:
3,000 - 8,000 AED (salary will be depending on experience)

Junior Administrator requirements:
Must be an UAE national to be considered for this position
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally with experience in a corporate setting
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A bright personality - someone who has strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work independently whilst working as part of a larger team
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The Junior Administrator\'s responsibilities will include:
Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, facilities, equipment, and maintenance
Maintain the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, logistics, and catering arrangements
When required assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the staff
Handle internal and external communications
Coordinate communication between different departments and ensure the effective flow of information
Assist in coordination and negotiation with vendors and service providers to ensure the company receives quality products and services at competitive prices
Develop and maintain efficient record-keeping systems including both physical and digital files
Track and manage office expenditures related to administrative functions
