We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Professional to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Identifying, targeting, and securing new corporate and leisure clients while building strong, long-term business relationships.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, annual plans, and territory management initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Monitoring team performance, analyzing trends, and driving strategic improvements.
Conducting regular market research, keeping track of competitor activities, and providing senior management with data-driven insights and performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with corporate and leisure sales exposure.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, sales forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
