To maximize the revenue performance of the property through the successful implementation and execution of a targeted sales effort.
In this role you will sell hotel room nights through direct corporate client contact; Implement hotel-level tactical sales plans as assigned and produce monthly reports and sales forecasts for assigned areas of responsibility. You will develop and maintain good relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups and corporate companies, increase hotel sales, and achieve the budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares and executes sales objectives and action plans
Regularly monitor accounts production within established parameters quotes and negotiates prices with the customer representatives. Scopes out new business opportunities increasing market penetration.
Plans, organizes, and hosts familiarization, corporate client events, team roadshows, and entertainment
To have a thorough knowledge of competitive sales strategies, pricing, rate structures, and further hotel developments
Builds and maintains strong relationships across internal and external clients, and other market and industry sources
To define and target markets to be solicited and develop an appropriate sales solicitation strategy for both domestic and international markets
Takes a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new opportunities
Maintains, and enhances revenue from assigned geographical areas and market segmentation
Conducts market research and benchmarking with competitors pertaining to the corporate segment
Achieves hotel revenue, and room night goals in the corporate market segments
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in defining an annual sales business plan
Conducts surveys of local/competitor markets for designated territories and market sectors making recommendations
Qualifications:
Sound experience in Dubai market with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in similar role with a reputed hotel chain in Dubai
Previous experience in Dubai Business Bay will be an advantage
Possess strong connection and relationship with Dubai corporates
Strong drive for results and communicational skills
Target and result oriented with strong customer focus skills

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED14,900.00 per month
