This role requires someone who knows how to
open doors, build trust, and close high-value contracts
for events, exhibitions, conferences, and bespoke technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Drive revenue by leveraging existing networks and generating new leads within corporates and HNW client segments.
Client Acquisition:
Secure new business for events, exhibitions, conferences, and technology activations through strategic pitching and relationship-building.
Sales Closure:
Confidently negotiate and close large-ticket projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
High-Level Networking:
Engage with C-suite executives, marketing heads, and brand leaders through meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize repeat and referral business.
Market Knowledge:
Stay ahead of trends in luxury events, experiential marketing, and technology-driven solutions to position KA'AN as a premium partner.
Collaboration:
Work with internal creative and technical teams to package solutions that deliver impact and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of
hardcore B2B sales experience
(events, exhibitions, conferences, or related services).
Proven portfolio of
corporate clients and high-net-worth contacts

Strong ability to
generate leads, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals
.
Documented success in selling large-budget projects.
Established industry connections with corporates across finance, real estate, hospitality, and tech sectors.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
