We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Sales Executive
to promote and sell our hospitality services/products to corporate and B2B clients. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within
corporate, MNC, and B2B clients
.
Promote hospitality services such as
restaurant contracts, catering services, events, bulk food supply, or hotel packages
.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with operations teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Achieve assigned
sales targets and revenue goals
.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using
CRM or reporting tools
.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in hospitality sales (hotel, restaurant, catering, or HORECA background preferred).
Proven experience in
B2B or corporate sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
