Corporate Sales Executive

to join our high-performance commercial team.

Position Overview



The Corporate Sales Executive will focus on acquiring and managing corporate clients across the UAE. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in industries such as hospitality, events, travel, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities



Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across sectors such as hotels, corporates, embassies, and travel agencies. Present Royal Smart Limousine's tailored transport services to potential clients through in-person meetings, calls, and formal presentations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and procurement decision-makers. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

Sales Strategy & Execution



Create and implement targeted sales strategies to generate revenue and achieve set KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pricing models. Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine sales tactics.

Client Servicing & Retention



Ensure smooth onboarding and communication flow with corporate accounts. Resolve client issues efficiently and proactively to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewal. Monitor client usage and performance, and suggest upsell opportunities where relevant.

Reporting & CRM



Maintain accurate client data and activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho). Submit regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience

in

transportation, hospitality, events, or travel services

within the UAE. Strong understanding of corporate contracting, pricing models, and service SLAs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE Driving License is

mandatory

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Self-driven, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
