Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through outdoor sales activities including cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Prospect potential clients and industries to expand the business customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable Etisalat products and solutions
  • Promote and sell GSM connections including postpaid, fiber, and business connectivity services
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance and market feedback reports to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service activation and customer onboarding
Ideal Profile
  • One to three years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales
  • Proven exposure to telecom sales, especially GSM, fiber, or business connectivity solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for field sales activities
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented and competitive sales environment
