Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Recovery Specialist to join our UAE team. This is a strategic role focused on assisting businesses in financial distress, managing insolvency proceedings, and working closely with creditors, regulators, and clients to deliver successful turnaround or closure outcomes.

Your role is essential in preserving value, minimizing losses, and ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

oManage and assist in corporate recovery engagements, including liquidations, administrations, and business restructuring cases

oConduct financial reviews and prepare reports on company viability and recovery options

oLiaise with company directors, legal teams, regulators, and creditors throughout the recovery process

oPrepare statutory documents, reports, and client communications in line with UAElaws and international best practices

Monitor case progression, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all timelines and regulatory requirements

Support the business in developing internal corporate recovery processes and tools Assist in business development and client engagement related to insolvency and restructuring services
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Business (essential) 2-4 years of experience in corporate recovery, insolvency, or financial restructuring Familiarity with UAE commercial laws and insolvency regulations (required) Professional certifications such as CPI, ACCA, or JIEB (preferred but not mandatory) Strong analytical, negotiation, and case management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and insolvency/case management software Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage UAE driving license is a plus
