We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Communication Specialist for one of our banking client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Purpose:
- The Corporate Communications Specialist will manage various internal and external communication projects, ensuring alignment with company's strategic goals. This role focuses on content creation, project management, and social media support, enhancing the banks brand visibility and engagement.

- Project Management: Manage multiple communications projects, track progress, and ensure on-time completion.
- Internal Communications: Develop memos, newsletters, and internal campaigns to align employees with corporate goals.
- External Communications: Assist in drafting press releases, articles, and social media content for external platforms.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage content for social media channels, coordinating with agencies to ensure brand consistency.
- Content Development: Develop content for internal and external audiences, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing corporate events, ensuring effective communication and branding efforts.
- Internal teams (HR, Marketing, IT, Senior Management)
- External media and social media agencies
- Cross-functional business units.
- Day-to-day execution of communications projects and content creation.
- Propose new communication initiatives based on business needs.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Journalism.
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, focusing on content creation and project management.
- Strong proficiency in social media management tools.
