Job Responsibilities

Capacity Planning:
  • Analyze and study all capacity variables across stations in order to comprehend total operational capacity.
  • Contribute to creating and implementing Capacity planning best practice, vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Perform and deploy yearly analysis and plans based on the forecasted production.
  • Work side by side with the operations/stations management in order to extend/reduce existing capacity based on the planned production.
  • Monitor Inbound distribution against planned and report any abnormal behavior to be solved immediately.
  • Make sure that all serving offices are producing as expected on weekdays and weekends.
Commercial:
  • Communicate the flow of production against customer projection and report any variance and prepare an action plan \xe2\x80\x9cSeize, reduce, increase or shift in production.\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Inform the commercial team in regards of any available capacity on the ground throughout the year.
  • Align the commercial team in case of any production drop against capacity to initiate suitable action.
Financial Tracking:
  • Monitor and control production distribution through Aramex couriers, Outsourced and crowdsourced models, setting the boundaries of their shares based on the capacity needs.
  • Ensure cost optimization by following productivity compliance and utilize all resources on ground.
  • Aligning with Financial department and station management on the yearly budget needed to maintain the capacity parameters.
  • Maintain ABC cost per shipment at stable and accepted range.
Systems and Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain resources planning model customized for all countries.
  • Dashboard and system to easily track capacity planning across peak.
  • Track Capacity on Bi-Monthly basis in order to sustain service and Cost.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
  • Strong in data analysis with the ability to use multi-business intelligence software.
  • A hardworking, high-energy individual with a significant stamina.
  • An analytic, strategic and tactical thinker, who can develop strategies, programs and processes that support the short-and long-term business needs.
  • Experience in a diverse, matrixed, multi-cultural environment.
  • Monitoring, evaluation and strong follow up.
  • Efficiently managing your time and prioritizing tasks is crucial to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
  • BSc Degree in Industrial Engineer or Logistics Business related.
  • Experience in Forecasting, Demand & Supply planning.
  • 1+ Years of Experience in relative role.
