Job Description

The Role
  • Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage complete administrative function for the company in coordination with HR, IT, QHSE, Finance etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate and complete efficiently services for all Government related works such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical Examinations and any miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate renewal and other matters related to company renewal, office leasing updating companies documents to the company and its group. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage any amendments, updates and changes to the rules and regulations of the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance by the company and its group of any all changes in legislative requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees to assist them on all administrative matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to administer the following towards Employee and Dependants liaising with local UAE govt ministries: \xe2\x80\xa2 Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and renew employee residence permits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Obtain work permits for employees as and when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees Responsible to administer the following towards business facilitation on day-to-day basis: \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer company, subsidiaries and related parties within the required departments \xe2\x80\xa2 Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with zone departments for issuing passes for business visitors as required Liaise with local and international consultants for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Company administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Company renewals \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing statutory requirements and managing appropriate approvals and signature \xe2\x80\xa2 Approving financial accounts in coordination with CFO \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing issuance of documents for group of companies for compliance purposes \xe2\x80\xa2 Process Power of attorney & resolutions for group of companies \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete KYC and other related processes for the group of companies \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop existing relationships with global consultants for managing group companies \xe2\x80\xa2 Order and manage group company documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating approval and payment if invoices for consultants \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete any tasks assigned by the senior management which needs to be evaluated, prioritized and accomplished accordingly
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working and performing in leadership roles such as Supervisor, Director or Team leader. \xe2\x80\xa2 A successful Manager will also demonstrate excellent motivation, team leading and the ability to achieve goals and objectives.
