Job Description
The Role
- Maintaining and Developing Additional Business from the Clients (Customer Relationship Visits) . Manage multiple client accounts with the aim to enhance and develop relationships with assigned and prospective clients resulting in achieved revenue target and customer satisfaction. . Coordinating and Keeping inter department communications related to customers' issue (with Service/Operations/ Legal/ PRO and Third Party) as key contact points between the customer and Thrifty . Follow the sales process standards (Prospecting, meeting, negotiating, delivering etc.) to deliver highest lead of customer service to achieve company's objectives of customer loyalty and retention. . Proactively develop relationships with contacts to assist in the identification, development and closure of sales opportunities. . Gathering and providing market information as front liner to support company MIS as a Front Liner (Market Trends/Competitor Activities/ New Markets).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. . 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Car Rental/ Automobile Industry) . Valid UAE Driver's License. . Successful sales track record in B2B & B2C sales. . Excellent client service skills and communication skills in English. . The candidate should be based in Abu Dhabi.
