o Act as the corporate HR point of contact for all subsidiary HR teams and business leaders. o Provide expert guidance and support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. o Partner with subsidiary management to ensure alignment with Group HR strategies and goals. o Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives across all local companies. 2. HR Operations & Standardization: o Oversee day-to-day HR operational activities at the Group level, ensuring consistency across subsidiaries. o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance reviews. o Monitor HR compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. o Conduct HR audits to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. 3. HR Systems Integration (SAP / HRIS) o Lead and coordinate the integration and maintenance of HR systems across all local companies. o Ensure accurate and timely data entry, synchronization, and reporting through SAP or other HRIS platforms. o Collaborate with IT and HRIS vendors to resolve issues, improve system performance, and enhance automation. o Train and support subsidiary HR teams on HR system functionalities and updates. 4. HR Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting o Consolidate and analyze HR data from all subsidiaries to identify trends and insights. o Develop and maintain HR dashboards tracking key metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and training. o Prepare periodic HR analytics and reports for corporate management. o Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR and business decisions. 5. Presentation & Communication: o Prepare high-quality HR presentations and reports for management reviews and strategy meetings. o Communicate complex HR data and findings clearly and effectively to business and HR leaders. o Support HR leadership in preparing communication materials, policy updates, and HR initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). o CIPD Level 5 or above, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification preferred. o 10-12 years of experience in corporate or group-level HR operations, preferably within service-oriented industries o Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent). o Strong proficiency in data analytics and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel). o Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR compliance, and operational excellence. o Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
