Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday:

until 3:00 PM

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE Full proficiency in Value Added Tax (VAT) Familiarity with Corporate Tax regulations Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards Knowledge of auditing regulations and preparing documentation for auditors Full management of accounts payable and receivable Daily recording of financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date records Budget control and cost monitoring Preparing periodic reports (profit and loss statement, balance sheet) Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) Full knowledge of UAE labor law and related regulations Managing recruitment processes: posting job ads, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and completing employee files Maintaining employee records (contracts, visas, residency, insurance) Managing payroll and ensuring timely payments Calculating and paying end-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE law Developing and updating internal policies and ensuring compliance Managing leave, attendance, and working hours Handling employee complaints and resolving issues where possible Coordinating employee training and development when needed Full proficiency in English and Arabic for official correspondence, communication with banks, government authorities, and staff

Monthly Fixed Salary
