Advising on all aspects of healthcare lawProviding support to the corporate structuring teamNegotiating, drafting and amending healthcare contractsAdvising in relation to governance processes, policies and standardsAdvising on general regulatory healthcare and life science mattersAdvise in relation to corporate establishmentsProvide support to the corporate/commercial team by contributing to due diligence reports on M&A and JV projectsAdvise in relation to pharmaceutical regulationsAdvise on health and safety, environmental and ESG matters
Profile
6 + years pqeIdeally common law qualified Corporate lawyerExperienced in healthcare matters Experience in private practice at an international or regional law firmUAE and regional experience preferred but not essential
