About the Company:

A rapidly expanding real estate developer committed to delivering standout, design-driven projects. To support its growing investment pipeline and long-term ambitions, the company is enhancing its Corporate Finance team with talented, driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain robust financial models and project feasibility analyses

Evaluate cash flows, ROI, and conduct scenario planning

Support capital-raising efforts through financial proposals and stakeholder coordination

Conduct market research and investment analysis to identify new opportunities

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Prepare clear, insight-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors

Contribute to due diligence and risk assessment activities

Ideal Candidate:

1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis, preferably within real estate

Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, or CIMA required; MBA or CFA is an advantage

Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency

Effective communicator with high attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
