MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Responsible for all environmental management system data, to assist in the implementation, and maintenance of the Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and associated training for hospitals, and corporate office.

To assist the Corporate Environment, Health and Safety Manager in execution of environment, health and safety strategy and environmental sustainability goals.

Conduct audits on EMS (Environmental Management Systems), and assist in providing recommendations for closure as needed.

To assist in the rollout of corporate EHS initiatives, ISO 14001, Occupational Safety and Health Management System and Environmental Sustainability Programs.

To work proactively with all relevant departments to prevent EHS incidents and injuries, reduce potential EHS hazards, assessing risks, and promoting environmental sustainability culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Administration and operation of Environment, Health and Safety and Sustainability Systems
Monitor and report the Environment, Health and Safety and Sustainability Performance
Conduct Environmental Health and Safety Management System, ISO 14001 and legal compliance Audits
Conduct Environmental Sustainability Training and Awareness

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A bachelor degree in Environmental Science should be attested by Ministry of higher education and scientific research, and Ministry of foreign affairs.

ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification

Chemical Safety certificate (COSHH)

Emergency Response Preparedness certification

Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) certification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years\' Environmental Health and Safety experience.

Experience in development, and implementation management of EHS management system.

Experience in Risk Management, Incident Investigation and EHS Systems, and ISO Standards Auditing.

At least 5 years\' hospital experience
