Our client, a leading industrial conglomerate in the UAE is looking for a senior manager to join their growing corporate development team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company\'s growth. You\'ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities, such as M&A, expansions, and JVs. The role will entail in-depth industry analysis, negotiation, and presenting recommendations to the executive team and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams, management, and external advisors to assess and execute potential transactions, including acquisitions and expansions
- Analyze and evaluate incoming opportunities across the value chain and present recommendations to leadership
- Create concise presentations for senior management and the Board
- Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis for bidding and recommendations
- Oversee existing and future investments, maintaining relationships with management teams and protecting the company\'s interests
- Lead multiple strategic initiatives and make recommendations for projects or transactions

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Strategy, Economics, or any other relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Strategy or Finance with at least 6 years in managerial roles
- Experience in a top tier consulting firm, Bulge Bracket or Elite Boutique IB, or PE/SWF with exposure to industrials and manufacturing sectors
- Strong background in strategy development, M&A, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance, and valuation
- Negotiation experience, including legal documentation, as an advisor or principal
