Corporate Development Associate

A leading regulated crypto trading and investment platform, is actively looking for a passionate and strategic Corporate Development Associate to become part of their Corporate Strategy team.

They are searching for a driven individual who can navigate the dynamic landscape of corporate strategy in the cryptocurrency domain and aid our organization\'s growth and expansion initiatives.

In the role of Corporate Development Associate, you\'ll be pivotal in steering the company\'s strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other growth opportunities. Your insights and recommendations will have a direct influence on our strategic decisions and overall business trajectory.

Responsibilities: * Strategic Analysis & Planning:

• Research, identify, and analyze potential partnership or acquisition targets.

• Evaluate strategic fit based on companies objectives and growth plans.

• Conduct detailed industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the cryptocurrency domain. * M&A Activities:

• Assist in the due diligence process for potential mergers and acquisitions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors during M&A processes.

• Play a role in post-acquisition integration planning and execution. * Partnership Development:

• Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners, industry stakeholders, and investors.

• Facilitate partnership discussions and negotiations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Internal Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and risk management, to assess the viability of corporate initiatives.

• Present recommendations to senior management based on in-depth analysis and insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA would be advantageous.

• 3-5 years\' experience in corporate development, M&A, strategy consulting, or a related domain. A relevant master\'s degree may also be considered.

• Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and market research.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to accuracy, quality, and detail-oriented work.

• Successful candidate will need to relocate and work onsite in Dubai
