The Corporate Communications Executive plays a central role in shaping and executing internal communication strategies. This role is responsible for developing and delivering campaigns and initiatives that promote company culture, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. The position demands creativity, project management skills, and a strong grasp of corporate communication principles.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Responsibilities
Support the implementation of a comprehensive people-focused communications strategy.
Champion the employer brand by developing targeted communication campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership to promote company values and business transformations.
Operational Responsibilities
Develop and deliver toolkits and communication materials to support internal initiatives.
Coordinate campaigns around internal events such as town halls, career fairs, wellness programs, and employee recognition.
Manage internal communications across various business units to foster a unified company identity.
Integrate storytelling into communication efforts, spotlighting employee experiences and achievements.
Align all deliverables with the broader communication framework and brand guidelines.
Project & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance existing communication channels and culture initiatives.
Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency in delivering communications activities.
Maintain a project tracker and contribute to weekly updates to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or Marketing.
Project Management qualification or training is advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in communications or marketing, with a focus on internal communications preferred.
Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
