JOB DESCRIPTION a. Position Title/ Designation: Corporate Chef b. Function: Restaurant c. Position Reports to: Operation Manager d. Job Location: Dubai. Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive Chef. You will be "the chief" and maintain complete control of the kitchen. Who will look the daily operations of restaurant, This may include hiring, training, and overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring a high-quality, cost-effective product. Also known a chef manager or head chef. Key Performance Indicators: 1. Compliance with standard recipe cards. 2. Agreed timeframes are achieved. 3. Sound product knowledge. Able to provide assistance with menu guidance to front-of-house team members. 4. Follow the FIFO rules when using all fridges and freezers. Cleaning Rosters adhered to and filled out. 5. Displays positive body language in all interactions with customers, including smiling, straight posture. Provides guidance, support and assists with training requirements for new employees. Tasks and Responsibilities Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards Estimate food requirements and food/labour costs Supervise kitchen staff's activities Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs Recruit and manage kitchen staff Rectify arising problems or complaints Give prepared plates the "final touch" Perform administrative duties Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Keep time and payroll records Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Recipes, Documentation and Preparation. Portion serving /Packing. Qualifications : ? Proven working experience as a Head Chef ? Excellent record of kitchen management ? Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently ? Capable of delegating multiple tasks ? Communication and leadership skills. Keep up with cooking trends and best practices Experience: Minimum period of relevant experience required (in years) - 3 to 4 Years. Salary: AED 6000 +FOOD+ACCOMODATION+MEDICAL INSURANCE Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,999.00 - AED6,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
