The Corporate and Leisure Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the products and travel services of TRINETIUM DMCC to corporate clients and leisure travelers. Would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new business leads, and meeting sales targets. Will also handle all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them through sales calls, emails, and networking events
Conduct research on clients and their needs to tailor product and services to their requirements
Create proposals and deliver presentations to clients to showcase the company\'s products and services
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals
Collaborate with internal teams, such as management and operations, to ensure successful delivery of products and services
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and new developments
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in sales, marketing, business administration or a related field
At least 2 years proven track record of successful sales experience in the corporate and leisure travel industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of travel products and services, including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and tour packages
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
Working Conditions:
The Corporate and Leisure Sales Executive will primarily work in an office environment, but will also spend time meeting clients and attending industry events. The position may require occasional travel. The role may require working evenings and weekends, depending on client needs and travel schedules.
