JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on development expertise and business analysis skills, as you will frequently work with stakeholders to understand requirements, validate processes, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents). Build and maintain PowerApps applications (Canvas & Model-Driven) aligned to business needs. Develop process automations using Power Automate, integrating data sources and workflows. Use Power BI to prepare basic reports and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into technical specifications. Lead solution design workshops, define functional/technical documentation, and manage stakeholder expectations. Integrate AI-driven copilots with legacy systems, APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise platforms. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production deployments. Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices. Provide knowledge transfer and support to users and internal technical teams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of experience building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents), including AI prompting, workflows, connectors, and chatbot orchestration. Solid background in PowerApps development, including Canvas apps, Model-Driven apps, custom connectors, and Dataverse. Experience with Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization. Working knowledge of Power BI--creating dashboards, DAX fundamentals, and data modeling. Strong business analysis skills: requirement gathering, gap analysis, stakeholder management, and process mapping. Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and data integration concepts.
