Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing meetings, events, and tasks.
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documents.
Support management in administrative tasks and special projects.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, appointments, and resource allocation.
Assist in problem-solving and escalating issues when necessary.
