Job Description

Required Female Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator oversees and manages all aspects of delivery operations, ensuring that packages, goods, and materials are dispatched, transported, and delivered efficiently and on time. The role involves coordinating with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff to maintain smooth and cost-effective delivery processes while upholding service quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and monitor the daily delivery schedule to ensure timely and accurate dispatches. Assign delivery routes to drivers and track their performance through GPS or delivery management systems. Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare and load shipments according to route and priority. Monitor live deliveries and proactively resolve any route delays, vehicle issues, or customer complaints. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or special handling requirements. Maintain records of deliveries, invoices, and proof of deliveries (PODs) for reporting and billing purposes. Optimize route planning to reduce delivery time and operational costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, local transport regulations, and safety standards. Support recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of delivery staff and drivers. Liaise with third-party couriers or logistics partners when required. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and performance reports.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or fleet management. Strong knowledge of route planning, dispatch systems, and delivery tracking software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., Fleet Management, WMS, or ERP systems). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude under pressure.
