Job Summary
Office based coordination role supporting the Executive Chef. You'll manage Excel trackers, update recipes menus, coordinate purchasing and stock data, and keep reports and documents accurate and on time.
Responsibilities
Excel & Reporting: update daily production/sales-mix/KPI trackers; maintain costing & yields; PivotTables + SUMIFS + XLOOKUP.
Menu & Aggregators: create/update items and modifiers; publish price changes; map POS codes; performance pulls and issue flags.
Purchasing & Inventory: enter GRNs; match POs to invoices; par levels & order sheets; weekly variance summary (stock/wastage).
Documentation & Compliance: SOPs/recipes/allergen matrix version control; file inspections; tidy, searchable folders.
Scheduling & Communication: tasting agendas/minutes; action tracking; vendor follow-ups; roster & leave updates.
End-of-Day admin summary to the Executive Chef.
Requirements
2+ years in office/admin coordination (F&B or retail preferred).
Excel proficiency: SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, Data Validation, conditional formatting, charts.
POS back office + Talabat/Deliveroo/Careem familiarity is a plus.
Detail-focused, organized files, clear English (Arabic a plus).
Deadline-driven and comfortable coordinating across teams.
