ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Onboarding & Offboarding-
2. Assist in visa processes
3. Data maintenance using internal HR system.
4. Processing of all HR service requests
5. Review attendance/Timesheet
6. Issuance of letters based on company policy
7. Coordination with insurance and PRO team for timely process completion
8. Coordination with Account Management team for employee related matters.
9. Assist Team Lead with all processes upon request
10. Provide a reliable point of contact for all employee related matters
11. Assist in preparing learning materials
12. Support with all internal and external admin HR related inquiries or requests
13. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
14. Review, interpret and recommend policy, process, or improvement programs on all HR areas.
