Coordinator - Passes & Permits

The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. As importantly, they're game changers for the industry. They bring us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionise what we do.

What you'll deliver

You'll coordinate with Engineering Services sections & Engineering Services Unit's contractors on the renewal and issuance of new staff passes, visitors passes, and equipment passes, ADP, & car park access. You'll ensure timely processing of all passes in coordination with the pass office.

You'll monitor & control the Manager Account in Amin system & verify applications submitted by sub account users. You will also be responsible/ To provide training & updates for sub account holders.

You'll handle staff/contractor inquiries, inform and guide them on required documents.

You'll monitor the progress of pass approval status and regularly generate status report for management update on a weekly or monthly basis.

You'll prepare memorandums and letters, ensure smooth pass issuance, verify documents, provide clarity on queries, and help resolve technical problems through close coordination.

What you bring

You'll be educated to a Higher Diploma/Diploma in Engineering or Related fields, with at least 5 - 7 years of relevant & overall experience

You'll have fluency in written & spoken Arabic & English language.

You'll have knowledge of Dubai Airport's Policies and Procedures

You'll have general knowledge of Office Automation, computer literate, fluent typing & application processing

You'll have good practical understanding of the importance & application of structured security management system
