Key Responsibilities:



Prepare invoices, packing lists, and export documents Apply for Certificates of Origin and manage LC documents Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics for order delivery Manage export inquiries, quotations, and client communication Handle sample dispatches and documentation Maintain export trackers and client databases Organize export-related meetings and prepare MoMs Support admin tasks and assist other departments when needed

Requirements:



Any

Diploma in Engineering background

Freshers are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office and export procedures
